Expert Home Inspections by Will Inspect

A FEW WORDS ABOUT WILL INSPECT

The last thing you want is unsuspecting issues arising to dampen your dream. At Will Inspect, we establish a friendly atmosphere and make sure the client has a clear understanding of the issues that may arise. We work for the client and only the client, the information is private, and only the client decides who to inform of the findings.

Experience You Can Benefit From

With over 20 years living in lower mainland BC, Will Inspect’s Will Soldat has gained substantial knowledge and understanding of rainfall, and its many effects, with a thorough topography comprehension. Water is the main issue in the lower mainland, roofs and decks are especially vulnerable. Most home repairs arise from water-damaged wood and concrete. A small and slow water issue can be worse than a large problem. Rainwater runoff should be kept away from the home and foundation. On many inspections, we see water from the downspouts being discharged only a few feet away from the home onto grass.

Water will find its way downhill toward the home if the yard's slope is incorrect and moves through concrete. Sometimes a damp basement can be remedied with an extension of the downspout and some yard work.

President of his strata council, Will has ample years of experience, making him the perfect choice for any condo, townhouse, or house inspection. Air quality is an important issue for health and comfort. Gathering clues, understanding the implications, and having the ability to clearly explain issues, are the secrets to a great inspection.
